Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Coordinator to oversee the fulfillment and logistics operations for promotional products, giveaways, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. This role is critical to the success of our marketing campaigns by ensuring that branded merchandise is accurately packed, shipped, and delivered on time for activations and client initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational skills, be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and be capable of handling both the logistical and physical demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- Manage inventory of promotional products, giveaways, POS displays, and event
supplies. This includes washing and drying uniforms.
- Ensure material accuracy, timely fulfillment, and adherence to shipping deadlines for events.
- Coordinate closely with market managers to meet activation schedules.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse environment. Including unpacking
pallets/boxes, labeling, and organizing contents on shelves.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and maintain shipping logs.
- Use inventory and shipping platforms to process orders and track shipments.
- Familiarity with the portal for documenting shipping charges.
- Create monthly overviews and program snapshots for clients, and verify weekly recaps
for market managers.
- Create weekly marketing emails/newsletters and social media incentives as needed.
- Being able to work more than 40 hours per week is required during peak busy seasons.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Capability to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature fluctuations).
- Ability to assemble event items such as tents, signage, and display tables.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work on their feet for extended periods.
- Must be able to transport multiple boxes and POS displays in a personal or company vehicle — SUV or comparable vehicle size preferred.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of logistics/organization experience.
- Ability to seek out information and take direction.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the onsite office 4 days/week as well as
locations within a 50-mile radius.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in promotional products, event logistics, or marketing support.
- Understanding branded merchandise and giveaway fulfillment importance
- Familiarity with transporting and staging POS materials for in-store or event setups.
- SUV or larger vehicle preferred for transporting campaign materials.
- Excitement about our brands and working with large clients
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with BAs and clients if needed
